VinoWeek - Episode 78 - Do you Soave?

On this weeks podcast Bill and I discuss the lawsuit between Martin Ray Winery and wine entrepreneur Cameron Hughes. Martin Ray alleges that Cameron has committed trademark infringement and violated a non compete contract between the two parties. This will be the third time Cameron has started a wine company. His first two companies were wildly successful, but he eventually lost control of them both, ultimately ending up in bankruptcy court. This wine country saga will be a good one to watch.

We then do a light dive into Soave the delightful aromatic white wine from the northeastern region of Italy. Great with antipasto, light pastas and seafood, Soave with its lower alcohol can be an ideal summertime wine.
